王超 Chao Wang
About Me
Chao Wang is an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Taiwan Normal University. He is interested in studying cyber-physical systems (CPS) and leads the Networked Cyber-Physical Systems Lab (NCL).
Chao received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis in 2019, and his M.S. in Computer and Communication Engineering in 2010 and B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2009, both from National Cheng Kung University. He is a member of ACM and IEEE.
On his academic journey, Chao feels grateful to be trained under the direction of Professor Kuo-Feng Ssu at National Cheng Kung University, Professor Jonathan Turner, Professor Christopher Gill, and Professor Chenyang Lu at Washington University in St. Louis. They guide him and sustain him along this journey.
Belief
In his late twenties, Chao received Jesus Christ as his savior. He was commissioned as deacon at Taiwanese Presbyterian Church of Greater St. Louis, and now he serves at National Taiwan Normal University.
