Chiung-Yao Fang received the B.Sc. Degree and the M.Sc. degree in information
and
computer education from National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan,
R.O.C.,
in 1992 and 1994, respectively, and Ph.D. degrees in computer science and
information
engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 2003.
She is currently a professor of the Department of Computer Science
and Information engineering at the National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei,
Taiwan, R.O.C. Her areas of research interest include
vision-based human action recognition systems,
vision-based driver assistance systems, vision-based infant monitoring systems,
convolutional neural networks, deep learning, pattern recognition, and computer
vision.
