A. Direction to the Conference Site (for International Visitors)
From Taoyuan International Airport to Taipei
International visitors who arrive at the Taoyuan Airport can choose one of the following transportation methods to Taipei.
Method 1: Freeway Bus- Metropolitan and Regional Suburb Transfer
At the ticket counter located in the Arrival Passenger Reception Area of the terminal (T1 or T2), visitors can purchase tickets from Taoyuan Bus Corporation. One-way fare varies from NT$110 to NT$140 per adult. The bus will take passengers to Taipei Central Station.
The Terminal 1 Bus Platform is located on the southwest side of the Arrival Passenger Reception Area (1st floor). Terminal 2 Bus Platform is located on the northeast side of the Arrival Passenger Reception Area (also on the 1st floor). Method 2: Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR)
From airport, take the shuttle bus to the nearby Taiwan High Speed Rail Station. There, passengers can purchase tickets (One-way fares of the standard car are around NT$160 for adults and NT$80 for Children/Senior/Disabled.) at the U-BUS counter located in the Arrival Greeting Hall, and the train will stop at the Taipei Central Station. Fares of the shuttle bus are NT$30 for Adult and NT$15 for Children/Senior/Disabled. Bus arrives approximately every 10-15 minutes during peak hours.

Method 3: Taxi
Airport taxis queue outside the arrival halls of both terminals T1 and T2. To ensure the safety of passengers, only taxis approved by the Aviation Police Bureau are permitted to operate in the Taoyuan International Airport. Taxi service runs 24 hours a day.
Taxi charge is based on the meter plus a 15% surcharge (highway tolls not included). Airport taxis transport passengers to everywhere in Taiwan. For further information about Terminal 1 Taxi, please call +886-3-398-2832. For further information about Terminal 2 Taxis, please call +886-3-398-3599.
From Taipei Central Station to NTNU
Visitors who arrive in Taipei (either by bus, train, or high-speed rail) are suggested to take the Taipei Rapid Transit System (MRT) to NTNU. A map of the MRT route is provided below:

From Taipei Central Station, take the Red Line and catch the train at the platform heading towards the Xindian direction. Visitors should get off at Guting Station and take Exit #5. Walk straight along Heping East Road to the campus (~10 minutes), as shown on Map 2.

From Campus Gate to Conference Site
After you enter the school gate, go straight and turn right at the second intersection. The venue is located on the second floor (Rm 201) of the Education Building. The route is shown on Map 4 down the bottom of this page.
B. Direction to the Conference Site (for Domestic Visitors)
From Songshan Airport to Taipei
Method 1: By Bus
Domestic visitors who arrive at the Songshan Domestic Airport can take either bus or MRT to NTNU. Bus #254 (located just outside the airport) will take visitors straight to the campus. Be sure to get off at National Taiwan Normal University 1 Stop. The location where the venue will be held is about 5-minute walk from this stop (see map).

Method 2: By MRT
Visitors can also take the MRT from the Songshan Airport Station. Please direct to the platform of the Brown line (Wenhu Line) to catch the train heading toward the Taipei Zoo direction. All visitors need to change to the Red Line at Taipei Main Station and catch the train at the platform heading towards the Xindian direction. Visitors should get off at Guting Station and take Exit #5. Walk straight along Heping East Road to the campus (~10 minutes), as shown on Map 3.
